Han Yu Da Zi Dian(The Second Edition)Quoted The Series Of Pian Hai Error Correction

Si Sheng Pian Hai is a large dictionary book compiled by han xiaoyan and han daozhao in the jin dynasty.Because it receives a lot of words Later generations of large dictionaries were mostly referenced and cited.Pian Hai refers to a series of dictionaries based on Si Sheng Pian Hai,which are inherited and developed in terms of style,character collection and interpretation.Including Si Sheng Pian Hai,Xiang Jiao Pian Hai,Pian Hai Lei Bian,Hai Pian Zhi Yin and so on.When reviewing the Han Yu Da Zi Dian(the second edition),we found that most of its forms,sounds and meanings quoted the Pian Hai,but there were different degrees of errors in the quotations.There are two kinds of mistakes,First,the lexicographer of the Han Yu Da Zi Dian did not understand the style of the quotations and the relationship between the source and flow of the quotations.Second,there are many errors in a particular edition of a book produced by the editorial board,and the editor simply adopts it without examining it,resulting in errors in a certain word in a large dictionary.Now refer to the seven versions of the Si Sheng Pian Hai(including Chong Qing version,Taiwan version,National library edition,Cheng Hua version,Zheng De version,Wan Li version,Chong Zhen version),as well as relevant calligraphy and key books,and under the guidance of the theories of exegesis and collation,this paper makes a textual research on these errors in order to provide valuable information for the revision of the Han Yu Da Zi Dian.First of all,this paper emendates the four versions of the Pian Hai(Zhi Yuan version,Cheng Hua version,Zheng De version and Wan Li version),and further emendates the Pian Hai(volume 2--5)by Chong Qing version and Chong Zhen version.Secondly,the Han Yu Da Zi Dian will be quoted from the Pian Hai(volume 2-5)to check the original book,correct errors.The second chapter of this paper is the introduction of the book symbol problem,the third chapter is the glyph problem,the fourth chapter is the pronunciation problem,the fifth chapter is the explanation problem.the last chapter is the problem of the documentary evidence and The text is followed by Chong Zhen’s emendation of the Pian Hai(volume 2-5).
