Research On The Construction Path Of Public Cultural Service System In Qinhuangdao Economic & Technological Development Zone

In recent years,as the people’s demand for cultural life has increased,the requirements for the level of public cultural services are highly increasing.The construction of public cultural service system has received more and more attention from the society and the government.It is not only an important way to meet the cultural needs of the masses,but also an inevitable requirement for improving people’s livelihood.Under the new era and social development trend,how Qinhuangdao economic and technological development zone(QETDZ)conforms to the development of the times,perfects the construction of public cultural service system,and improves the level of public cultural services and service efficiency is an important issue currently facing.This paper selects the construction of public cultural service system in QETDZ as the research object,and uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method and field interview method to analyze and explore how to improve the construction of public cultural service system in QETDZ.Through the investigation of the construction of the public cultural service system in QETDZ,it is found that although QETDZ has continuously increased the construction of the public cultural service system in recent years,basically a relatively complete public cultural service system has been constructed,but there are still many problems,such as weak facilities construction,single service content,weak talent team,uneven development,and low efficiency of public cultural services.Based on the current situation of the construction of the public cultural service system in QETDZ,this paper analyzes the various problems existing in the construction of the public cultural service system in QETDZ,and takes relevant public management theory knowledge as a guide to propose relevant countermeasures: the government should build public Cultural multi-center governance system,improve public cultural service policy and financial guarantee mechanism,explore diversified cultural products and services,promote the construction of talent team,and improve demand feedback and performance evaluation mechanism.Through in-depth study of the construction of public cultural service system in QETDZ,we try to explore and construct a public cultural service system that meets the national,provincial and municipal standards,so that more people can enjoy satisfactory public cultural services.
