At present,China's economy has shifted from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage.The people's living standards are improving day by day,and their material lives are gradually being satisfied.Pursuing cultural life,enriching the spiritual world,and improving the quality of life have gradually become new goals for everyone.The state is also attaching more and more importance to cultural work,and in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it has put forward the requirements for the in-depth implementation of the cultural benefit project and enriching the mass cultural activities.As an organization that provides cultural services directly to the masses,its service efficiency and service quality may directly affect the masses 'experience of cultural life.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the optimization of the service management of the cultural center of Nanguan District,based on the service,and build a service plan that meets the needs of the masses,to enhance the organization's service capabilities and optimize the service system and service process.Based on an example analysis of the current status of the service management of the cultural center of Nanguan District,this article first finds out several issues that have performed prominently in the service process.Including irrational organizational structure,lack of service personnel,imperfect service system,cumbersome service processes,service model lack of innovation and so on.These problems can be summarized into two aspects,one is the service capacity is insufficient to meet the needs of the masses;the other is the low service efficiency and the service model is single.At the same time,the causes of these problems were analyzed.Secondly,based on the service golden triangle theory,Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,internal marketing,service flower model,O2 O service model,and service blueprint,a series of analyses were performed,from the optimal design of daily management services,the optimal design of digital cultural engineering construction services,Three aspects of the modernized service model have proposed specific solutions to the existing problems in the service work of the Nanguan District Cultural Center,re-established the service blueprint,and formulated the registration process.These solutions find organic unity among service personnel,service systems,and service strategies.At last,according to the service management optimization plan of Nanguan District Cultural Center,suggestions were made in terms of implementation and guarantee.It expounds the key work in the early,middle and late stages of implementation,as well as the support and guarantee of funds,manpower,systems and technology.The Cultural Center of Nanguan District is adapting to the requirements of cultural work in the new era with a proactive attitude.It is also practicing a responsibility and obligation of a service organization with a positive attitude,and constantly thinking about specific methods to improve service efficiency and meet the cultural needs of the masses.O2 O service model,digital cultural center construction,and refined service blueprint.These service upgrades and changes are in line with the changing trend of the times and have important reference values for better carrying out mass service work and the transformation of physical cultural center service models.
