Education is the foundation of a hundred years’ plan;Teachers are the foundation of a education’s plan.In recent years,the country constantly innovates and develops in the field of education,it strive to form a highly qualified,specialized and innovative teachers.At the same time,the demands of all walks of life for teachers’ comprehensive quality and professional teaching ability are also constantly improving.Teaching skills have become an important symbol to measure teachers’ comprehensive quality.Normal university students as an important reserve force for future people’s teachers,whether they are competent for the highly required Chinese classroom teaching directly depends on whether they have high-level teaching skills.So,as the cradle of teacher training,normal universities naturally bear a very important responsibility.The national and provincial education departments take the teaching skill competition of normal students as one of the ways to test the level of teaching skills of normal students and the training achievements of normal universities.This thesis takes the Chinese teaching skill competition of normal school students as the research object.First of all,combing the history and present situation of the Chinese teaching skill competition of the normal school students in our country,we have a macroscopic grasp of the general situation of the teaching skill competition.Then,the existing types of teaching skills competition are classified,and the characteristics of its development are summarized.Secondly,it explores the relationship between Chinese teaching skills competition and teaching skills of normal university students,including the classification of teaching skills and the skill items involved in the chinese teaching skills competition.Then,combining with teaching examples and self-experience to analysis the the direction of preparation for competition.After that,it expounds the deficiency,problems and countermeasures of Chinese teaching skills competition of normal university students.Finally,the author puts forward some enlightening suggestions on the training of talents in normal colleges and universities from the competition of teaching skills of normal students.Not noly to provide reference and experience fornormal students of Chinese discipline in preparing for the competition,but also provides a reference for teachers colleges to improve the quality of professional training.
