In order to link up with the educational goal of basic art education,the reform of art education has become the focus of many scholars.The teaching goal of art education major in normal University includes two tasks: on the one hand,it is to cultivate college students’ high professional quality.Another aspect is the training of art teachers in primary and secondary schools in the future.The study of these two teaching objectives involves the task of reforming the specialized courses of art majors.Since the teaching of specialized courses has many years of educational experience,As a result,most people think that it is very difficult to reform the professional curriculum.Therefore,in the discussion of related issues,the focus of the curriculum reform of art education tends to be on the subject of teacher education.Rarely from the point of view of fine arts to explore the issue of reform.Through the study of art education in primary and secondary schools and the understanding of Arnheim’s thought and theory of art education,the author realizes that the emphasis of education in primary and secondary schools is on the cultivation of people’s quality and ability,and that there is an important aspect in art education.It is through the practical education of people’s thinking ability in image to realize the cultivation of children’s mental ability.However,in the discussion of the reform of art education in teachers’ colleges,Most scholars have paid attention to the requirements of curriculum comprehensiveness when the professional curriculum is related to the effective occurrence of art education in primary and secondary schools,but specifically to the reform of the professional curriculum in teachers’ colleges.How can the objectives of the learning content of specialized courses(including professional technical theories)be effectively linked to the educational objectives of art education in primary and secondary schools,It is still a difficult problem for all of us.As a result,the content of professional courses has been unable to be effectively related to the learning tasks of primary and secondary schools.Based on the analysis of the present situation of art education in teachers’ colleges and the reinterpretation of Arnheim’s theory of visual perception,the author thinks that the study of specialized courses is based on the mastery of technical techniques.In order to realize the effective correspondence between the teaching of specialized courses and the educational objectives of fine arts education in primary and secondary schools,we must pay attention to the realization of its due pedagogy value through the teaching of art courses,which is not only the key link in the realization of normal education,but also the key to the realization of normal education.Only through the realization of pedagogy value in the specialized curriculum can we realize the effective connection between the fine arts specialty curriculum of normal university and the educational goal of primary and middle schools.
