Study On The Function Of The Central Executive System Of Working Memory In Patients With Depression

Object:(1)To investigate the ability of central executive system to update,inhibit and transform patients,and to clarify the influence of depression on the functions of the central executive system.(2)The characteristics of the change,inhibition and conversion function of the individual central executive system with age were discussed.Methods:In order to further investigate the effects of depression and age factors on working memory,central executive function,the research assistant Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD-24),Hamilton Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),from the Fourth People's Hospital of Urumqi Department of clinical psychology and two families and the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University Department of psychiatry inpatients screened in youth the middle-aged,depression subjects all 27;auxiliary depression screening scale(PHQ-9),from the occupation education center of Xinjiang Normal University and the Affiliated High School of Xinjiang,Yining city were selected age,sex and years of education and depression group matched healthy controls,so that different groups of subjects completed three central executive function experiment.Through the analysis of the three experimental reaction time and correct rate to measure the different subjects of the central executive system update,suppression,conversion.Result:(1)The correct rate of central executive system updating function experiment,the main effect of age: depression,two factors were significant(F=25.79,P<0.01),(F=135.85,P<0.01);the interaction of depression and age factors significantly(F=5.46,P<0.05): the correct rate of healthy young group were higher than healthy middle-aged group,the correct rate of middle age the depression group was significantly less than the youth depression group.Response time: the main effect of depression was significant(F=4.42,P<0.05),the main effect of age was not significant(F=1.16,P=0.28),and the interaction between depression and age was not significant(F=1.18,P=0.28).(2)When performing the central executive function inhibition test,the successful inhibition rate was two factors: depression,age,the main effect was significant(F=21.02,P<0.01),and(F=6.40,P<0.05),the interaction between depression and age two factors was not significant(F=0.59,P=0.45).Reaction time: the main effect of depression,age two factors are significantly(F=32.46,P<0.01),(F=22.03,P<0.01)interaction between depression and age two factors significantly(F=11.68,P<0.01): young depression group were significantly longer than the healthy youth group(F=27.70,P<0.05),middle-aged depression group were significantly longer than the middle-aged healthy group(F=5.16,P<0.05),middle-aged group response time significantly longer than that of the young healthy group(F=26.33,P<0.05),the difference of youth depression group and middle-aged depression group was not significant(F=1.11,P>0.05)(3)When performing the central executive system switching function experiment,the main effect of depression was not significant(Local,cost)(F=0.79,P=0.38),the main effect of age was significant(F=37.93,P<0.01),and the interaction between depression and age two factors was not significant.The Global cost value had no significant effect on depression(F=0.38,P=0.54),the main effect of age was significant(F=5.84,P<0.05),and the interaction between depression and age two factors was not significant(F=0.26,P=0.61).Conclusions:(1)Compared with the healthy group,the update function of patients with depression defects;age factors will affect the update function,with the ability to update older individuals gradually decline;update the function of middle-aged patients with depression and depression recession is age two factors together lead to the.(2)Compared with healthy population,the inhibition function of depression patients is deficient.Age affects the inhibition function.With age,the inhibition ability of individuals gradually decreases.The inhibition of functional defects in middle-aged patients with depression is affected by two factors of depression and age,of which age plays a leading role.(3)The conversion function of patients in depression group is not damaged by illness.Age affects transfer function.With age,the ability of individual transformation gradually decreases.(4)The development trend in the age of three,executive function with age of recession,there is a whole or no phenomenon;but in patients with depression of different central executive function damage is their tendency,the above results provide a basis for different levels from the information processing for the separability problem of central executive system.The support of the central executive function independent of the false.
