| Psychological adaptability is one of the important criteria for measuring individual’s mental health.This is also an essential ability that needs to be gradually developed in the process of personal growth,and psychological adaptation problems will cause many difficulties.Adolescent secondary vocational freshmen are susceptible to psychological adaptation problems.Different from senior high school students,vocational school students are faced with prominent problems such as the change of academic environment and the disharmony of psychological and physiological development,which increase the complexity of their psychological adaptation problems.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to alleviate the psychological adaptation problems of vocational school freshmen through intervention courses,improve their psychological adaptation level,,and provide a certain basis for the development of mental health education in secondary vocational schools.First of all,this study used the Adolescent Mental Health Quality Questionnaire-Adaptive Quality Subscale to test several classes in secondary vocational school,while two classes with good homogeneity were selected from them as the experimental class and the control class.Secondly,based on the relevant theories of psychology,and combined with the current situation of psychological adaptation of vocational school freshmen,this study has developed a set o f curriculum plan for the improvement of psychological adaptability of vocational school freshmen.Finally,after eight times systematic interventions,statistical methods such as independent sample t-test,paired sample t-test,and repeated measures analysis of variance were used to quantitatively analyze the data of the experimental class and the control class,and the combination of the classroom feedback of the experimental class students for qualitative analysis.The results are as follows: the experimental class was significantly higher in the post-test average scores in learning adaptation,emotional adaptation,interpersonal adaptation,life adaptation,and psychological adaptation than the control class;experimental class was also significantly higher in post-delay average scores in learning adaptation,emotional adaptation,interpersonal adaption,and psychological adaptation than the control class.A single factor repeated measurement analysis of variance on the time variables of the four dimensions of the experimental class found that the four dimensions showed significant differences in the main effects of the time variable.The results indicate that the curriculum plan for the improvement of psychological adaptability can effectively improve the psychological adaptability of freshmen in secondary vocational schools,and the intervention effect is sustainable and stable,which can last for at last one month. |
