| After the outbreak of the Russian Revolution in 1905,the tsarist government authorities established the upper and lower chambers of the Russian parliament in order to alleviate the contradictions and maintain the rule.As a result,the right-wing parties of the Russian parliament entered the stage of history.The right wing of the Russian parliament,the most conservative political group in the Russian State Duma and the State Council,regards “ Orthodox,authoritarianism,nationality”as a political creed,and maintains the monarchy of the monarchy.group.It includes several monarchist parties such as the Russian People’s League in the State Duma,the All-Russian Dubrovnik Russian People ’ s League,the Mikhail Angel League,the Patriotic League,and the right-wing groups in the State Council.The party started in 1907 as a "right-wing activist interconnection committee" and ceased activity after the February 1917 revolution.The author regards the theoretical ideas and practical activities of the right-wing parties as the main research goal of this article during Russia’s participation in the First World War from 1914 to early 1917.This article is mainly divided into three parts: introduction,body and conclusion.There are five chapters in total.Chapter one is the introduction and chapters two to five are the body.The introduction part mainly introduces the significance of the topic selection,the current research situation at home and abroad,research methods and writing ideas,and innovation and deficiencies.In the main text,Chapter 2 mainly introduces the historical background of the formation of the right wing of the Russian parliament,including the formation of the Russian parliament and the right wing,the development of the right wing during the First World War,etc.Chapter 3summarizes the right wing of the right wing during the First World War Theoretical propositions in politics,diplomacy,economics,and public opinion;Chapter 4 outlines the practical activities of the right-wing party front and rear support during World War I,and the parliamentary struggle between the right-wing party and the Progressive Alliance;chapter 5 explains the right-wing.The ending of the Party and the League,the reasons for its failure and its historical evaluation.In the conclusion part,the right-wing party groups in the parliamentary system obviously cannot achieve their political goals and idealized aspirations through legitimate parliamentary struggles,which is the root cause of their failure.Although the right-wing party group of the Russian parliament ended in failure,it can still draw lessons from it,sum up lessons,and provide an important reference for the development and improvement of the operating mechanism of the contemporary Russian parliament and the construction of the national governance system and governance capacity. |
