A Study About The Function Exertion Of Township Comprehensive Cultural Station In Jinshi City

Township comprehensive cultural station is the grass-roots cultural position closest to the masses.By giving full play to the functions of comprehensive cultural stations in villages and towns,we can guide the vast rural masses to understand the correct advanced culture and improve their spiritual outlook.At the same time,it plays a vital role in promoting rural economic and cultural construction,meeting the growing spiritual needs of the peasants and the aspiration for a better life.However,with the continuous reform and development of the economy,the impact of the economic environment on the functions of the township comprehensive cultural station has become more and more severe,and the functions of the township comprehensive cultural station have been greatly restricted.Taking the Township Comprehensive Cultural Station of Jinshi city as an example,this paper studies and explores it by using the methods of theoretic al research.Firstly,the paper expounds the research background and significance,reviews the research status at home and abroad.Meanwhile,this paper defines the concepts of public cultural service system and others which lays a foundation for my research and analysis.Secondly,through the on-the-spot collection of the status quo of the four township comprehensive cultural stations in Jinshi City,including the infrastructure situation,the allocation of talent teams,the development of cultural and sports activities,and the investment in cultural funds;Through investigation and arrangement,the existing problems in the process of function exertion of comprehensive cultural stations in towns and villages of Jinshi City are found: aging infrastructure,single content of cultural activities,lack of professional and full-time personnel,etc.The main reason is that the local government pays insufficient attention,the financial investment is insufficient,and the talent team mechanism is imperfect.Finally,it is concluded that effective countermeasures and suggestions can be put forward from two aspects,namely "soft" and "hard" construction,in order to comprehensively enhance the functions of Township Comprehensive Cultural stations.
