Study On The Performance Evaluation System Of Traditional Village Protection And Development In North Guangxi Area-Taking The First Batch Of Traditional Chinese Villages In Guilin As An Example

Traditional villages are the most special settlements in the history of China’s rural development.Its profound historical and cultural heritage and rich cultural landscape resources have attracted a large number of tourists and scholars to watch and study.With the integration of urban and rural construction and the new rural reform boom,the protection and development of traditional villages in China is facing many thorny problems.The protection and development of traditional villages presents multiple levels and problems.This aspect is related to the local government and traditional villages’ own awareness of protection and development.On the other hand,it lacks the evaluation system of protection and development performance to feedback and regulate the protection and development of traditional villages.Work,therefore establishing a complete system of protection and development performance evaluation index system is an important topic in the development of traditional villages.Based on the study of traditional village protection and development theory,ANP theory and evaluation theory,this paper takes 19 traditional villages in the first batch of traditional Chinese villages in Guilin as the main research object,and establishes a set of traditions for evaluating the northern part of Guangxi.An indicator element system for village protection and development performance.Firstly,through the investigation of the traditional villages in the northern part of Guangxi,and understanding the status quo of protection and development,they pointed out some problems in the development process.Under the guidance of the principle of feasibility,the principle of combination of qualitative and quantitative,and the guiding principle,the target level was established.The four key elements included are historical culture,economic society,environment,and villagers’ perception.On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the status quo of traditional village protection and development,we draw on 61 indicators in the existing authoritative index evaluation system.After the selection of indicators is completed,the overall framework of traditional village protection and development performance evaluation indicators is constructed through network analytic hierarchy process;the weight data of all levels of indicators are calculated by Delphi method combined with super decision software,and finally the northern part of Guibei is established.Evaluation system for traditional village protection and development performance.After the completion of the system,Jiangtou Village was used as an empirical research object to verify the status quo,analyze the status quo of protection and development of Jiangtou Village,and score according to the evaluation criteria of the evaluation system.Finally,the performance evaluation scores of Jiangtou Village protection and development were obtained.
