Research On The Market Operation Of Hunan Yongzhou Aiyue Piano Shop

With the development of China’s economy and the increasing spiritual demand of the people,the social music training institutions in the cities above the fourth-tier in China have gradually matured.However,the music training institutions in the economically underdeveloped areas of the fifth line and below,where the proportion of the population is relatively large,due to such reasons as non-standard management and weak faculty,the result is that the training institutions have a short survival time and a fast turnover rate,restricts the local youth music quality education.In view of this hot phenomenon,this paper selects the Hunan Yongzhou Aiyue Piano shop(later referred to as "Aiyue Piano shop"),which is well-run in my hometown,as the research object.Through the market environment,product content,brand transformation,teacher management and funding operations,Piano Shop follow-up development of five aspects of the market Operation Research.To explore the success of the market Operation Model of the Piano Shop:The Piano shop has been keeping the high-quality content of the combination of "Two kinds of property linkage" and "Internet and diversity",borrowing the local resources,using the brand transformation "One nature plus the marketing theory of 4ps" marketing means to make the piano shop go to market.Finally,swot analysis is carried out after the transformation of the Piano Shop,and some ideas on the future development direction of the Piano Shop are put forward.This paper sums up the experience of how this type of small and medium-sized Piano Shop goes to the market,in order to provide reference for the similar situation in other areas in the future.
