| Objective: to explore the effects of rumination and distraction task induction on attention bias of college students with different depression levels, and to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and intervention of depression in college students. Methods: three groups of non-depressed,subthreshold depressed and depressed subjects were selected through the second version of the beck depression scale(BDI)by questionnaire, with 18 subjects in each group, and then Stroop task was performed.Results:(1)For the response accuracy, the main effect of part of speech was significant(p<0.01),and there was interaction among part of speech, depression level and induction mode(p<0.01).(2)For the reaction time, the main effects of part of speech, group and induction mode were significant(p < 0.01),and the interaction of part of speech, group, part of speech, induction mode, group and induction mode, part of speech, group and induction mode were significant(p<0.01).(3)Under the guidance of rumination, the reaction time of negative words in subthreshold depression group was significantly higher than that of positive words(p<0.01).Under the guidance of distraction, there was no significant difference in response time of positive and negative words in the subthreshold depression group. For the depression group, the response time to negative words was significantly higher than that to positive words, whether it was rumination induction or distraction induction(p<0.01).(4)For positive words, the response time induced by rumination was significantly higher in the group of subthreshold depression than that induced by distraction(p<0.05).For negative words, the response time of the subthreshold depression group and the depression group was significantly higher than that of the distraction group(p<0.01).(5)For positive words, the response time of depression group was significantly higher than that of non depression group(p<0.01).The response time of depression group was significantly higher than that of non depression group(p<0.01)and subthreshold depression group(p<0.05).For negative words, the response time of depression group was significantly higher than that of subthreshold depression group(p<0.05),and significantly higher than that of non depression group(p<0.01).The response time of depression group was significantly higher than that of non depression group(p<0.01)and subthreshold depression group(p<0.01),but there was no significant difference between non depression group and subthreshold depression group.Conclusion:(1)Part of speech will affect the accuracy of the subjects, and there are interaction among part of speech, depression level and induction mode.(2)Part of speech, group and induction mode will affect the reaction time of thesubjects, there are interaction between part of speech and group, part of speech and induction way, group and induction way, part of speech and group and induction way.(3)The way of rumination response will lead to the negative attention bias of patients with subthreshold depression and depression. The way of distracted response will help to improve the problem of negative information attention bias of patients with subthreshold depression, but it has no obvious effect on the improvement of depression group, but it still has a certain effect of relief.(4)Rumination can make depressive patients pay more attention to negative information, which leads to a relative decrease of attention to positive information. The attention to negative information is an active increase of unconsciousness, and the attention to positive information is a passive decrease. The influence of rumination on the group of subthreshold depression is the combination of negative information and positive information. |
