Investigation And Research On Kazakh Bear Dance In Xinjiang

Bear dance is a unique form of artistic expression in the Kazakh region of Xinjiang,which is the product of the long period of grassland culture and nomadic life.It shows the memory of the social life and history of the Kazakh people,and also displays the upward mentality of the local Kazakh people who love life and love peace.The Kazakh bear dance was successfully applied for the list of intangible cultural heritage of Xinjiang Autonomous Region in 2006 and 2008 in Jeminay County and Balikun County respectively,and because of this,the relevant departments began to excavate and sort out the bear dance culture.This paper will,through the field investigation,carrying on the interview to the local cultural center related staff and the inheritor,making the further understanding and the confirmation to the local Kazakh nationality history development,the ecological environment,the geographical environment,the custom,the social development and relevant situation,take the Jeminay county and Balikun county as the research object where the bear dance is reserved completely,and carry on the objective analysis to the Xinjiang overall bear dance survival situation according to the related information.And the first-hand data and literature collected will be collated,the dance expression form of Kazakh bear dance in Xinjiang,inheritance status,cultural connotation,social function and future development will be discussed and prospected.The text is divided into four parts:The first part expounds the ecological environment and geographical location of Xinjiang,Kazakh history and culture,customs and habits,folk dance.Collect research data and sort out,respectively,the living space of bear dance,historical legend,inheritance pedigree,the survival of inheritors,as well as the current status of bear dance culture inheritance and the government’s response to its protection.The second part,respectively,the two bear dance performance form,movement law characteristics,rhythm characteristics,music characteristics to learn,and in the form of video,recording,picture record retention,analysis and comparison of the similarities and differences of bear dance between the two places.The third part analyzes the cultural connotation of bear dance and the national spiritual temperament and aesthetic concept reflected by bear dance performance.The fourth part,analyzes the social function of bear dance and its value,as well as the problems and factors in the process of inheritance and protection,expounds the personal views,and puts forward reasonable suggestions on how to deal with bear dance in the future.
