A Study Of Folk Proverbs Contained In Jin Shu Compiled In Tang Dynasty

Folk proverbs are an important part of folk literature in China.These proverbs are rich in content,covering all aspects of social history,which is an important carrier for us to understand the social history at that time.A total of 140 folk proverbs are recorded in the Jin Shu compiled in Tang Dynasty,which is abundant in quantity and content.It has been compiled in numerous literary collections or monographs in later generations.And there are also many research results related to it.On the basis of previous studies,this paper attempts to make a systematic and detailed study of the 140 proverbs recorded in the Jin Shu compiled in Tang Dynasty.The text discusses from the following three aspects:The first part is the literature collation and textual research of the folk proverbs in the Jin Shu compiled in Tang Dynasty.Firstly,we grasp the distribution of 140 proverbs in the Jin Shu.Secondly,taking Guo Maoqian’s Yue-fu Poetry Anthology,Du Wenlan’s Ancient Folk Proverbs and Lu Qinli’s Poems Of The Pre-Qin,Han,Wei,Jin And Southern And Northern Dynasties as references,this paper summarizes the propositions of the folk proverbs in the later literature collections of the Jin Shu compiled in Tang Dynasty.Finally,the author studies the origin of folk proverbs in the Jin Shu compiled in Tang Dynasty from the perspective of literature.It is not difficult to find the influence of Jin History of each Jin Shu before Tang Dynasty on Jin Shu compiled in Tang Dynasty.The second part is the text study of folk proverbs in the Jin Shu compiled in Tang Dynasty.Firstly,based on the content,the author divides the folk proverbs in the book into four categories: political folk proverbs in current affairs,folk proverbs in character evaluation,folk proverbs in prophecy and other folk proverbs.And one by one specific example to carry on the analysis.Secondly,the author analyzes the literarycharacteristics of the proverbs in the Jin Shu compiled in Tang Dynasty by analyzing their language patterns and expression methods,which are inherited and developed.The third part starts from the literary history meaning of "Proverbs into history"."Proverbs into history" is not created by Jin Shu compiled in Tang Dynasty,since Shang Shu,it runs through the history of each generation,and becomes a writing technique of history.This chapter firstly analyzes the origin and significance of folk proverbs in history books.Secondly,the author analyzes the process of folk proverbs from historical methods to literary style independence,and then it is included in literature collection.Finally,this paper analyzes the influence and significance of the historical writing technique of "Proverbs into history" on literary writing technique,especially its application in narrative literary works.From the narrative technique of historians to the expression technique of literary works,it even becomes a unique literary genre or style,which is the contribution of "Proverbs into history" to literary writing.
