A Report On The Creation Of The Series Of Watercolor Paintings "Corner·Memory"

Painting is a kind of pleasure of gazing.In the face of those everyday things,we have long ignored emotion.But if a common thing is presented in some artistic form,it makes us feel that these things seem to have feelings and convey something.Painting can give ordinary things new life,and make things show a new face.Once again,it appears in the world in new colors and forms,so as to stimulate people’s inner feelings.The author hopes to find and find the source of creation from life,and then through refining and processing,the artistic language of watercolor painting will be presented.This paper records in detail the creation process,perception and reflection of the author’s "corner · memory" series of watercolor paintings.There are four chapters,the first part of the introduction from the author’s understanding of watercolor,still life and "corner" and the purpose and significance of research.The second part focuses on four well-known artists at home and abroad and their works,and their influence on the author’s creation.The third part of the creation process is the focus of this paper,combined with their own creation to talk about,through the material collection,composition,color,picture presentation and other aspects to explore.The last part is the creation of perception and reflection,is the author’s understanding of this creation,perception and expression of their own emotions,with the focus on the expression of "corner · memory" emotion and the author’s reflection and summary of the problems in the creation process.This paper briefly discusses the meaning of "corner" to the author,what the meaning of corners in different time and different places is to me,and what kind of memory they bear.The theme selected in this creation is still life,and watercolor painting is used to express common scenes in life,so as to express emotion.This paperbriefly discusses the significance of "corner" to the author,what is the "corner" of different time and place for the author,and what kind of memory it carries.
