This study is based on the theories of second language acquisition,CA and humanism.I made use of FIAS interactive analysis system to observe and record the current situation of classroom discourse interaction of 13 MTCSOL trainee in F university,and found the existing problems in the current internship class and the causes of the problems.For the problems which are found,specific improvement strategies should be put forward.The innovation of this study is that I used the FIAS interactive analysis system to conduct an interactive survey of the real class and provide eight real typical cases.At the same time,these cases are analyzed,and these typical cases can provide reference and help for novice teachers,especially for MTCSOL trainee.The cases are classified from four aspects: question-and-answer interaction,evaluation feedback,discourse correction and turn conversion.In the case,the lack of positive feedback,the single form of classroom interaction and other problems were proposed to improve the corresponding strategies.For example,strengthen classroom discipline management,enrich classroom interaction,reflect on teaching and so on.The purpose of this study is to improve the classroom interaction between teachers and students.The deficiency of this study is whether the suggestions and strategies proposed by the author can provide help for trainee teachers,which still needs further research.
