A Study On Suixi Dialect Variation

Suixi county is located in the border region of Anhui province,bordering Suxian county in the east,meeting Guoyang and Yongcheng in the west,facing Mengcheng and Huaiyuan in the south and Xiangshan and Xiao county in the north.Suixi dialect is located in the shangfu area of central plains official dialect,bordering the jianghuai official dialect area,and has a certain degree of language contact.This paper takes Suixi dialect as the research object,puts it in the framework of variant sociolinguistics,collects first-hand linguistic materials by means of questionnaire survey,recorded interview and telephone interview,and inputs its code into SPSS19.0 software for corresponding statistical analysis.This paper focuses on the phonetics,vocabulary and grammar of the Suixi dialect,analyzes the influence of internal and external factors on Suixi dialect variation,and discusses the characteristics and causes of Suixi dialect variation.Through investigation and research,we found that the variation of Suixi dialect was an "ongoing change" and showed a trend towards mandarin.The reasons for the variation of Suixi dialect are mainly two aspects: internal and external factors.The former is related to the internal structure of the language and the effort saving of pronunciation,while the latter includes education,economic development,popularization of mandarin and language attitude.The purpose of this paper is to provide a richer corpus and a more novel perspective for the study of Suixi dialect,to enrich the research materials on the variation of Chinese dialect,and to contribute a little to the formulation of local language policy and the promotion of mandarin in the future.The whole article is divided into seven parts:The first part is the introduction,which summarizes the research status of Chinese dialect variation and Suixi dialect in China,and expounds the research significance,research content,research theory and research method of this paper.Chapter 1 introduces the geographical and dialect situation of Suixi,and details the investigation subjects,the survey plan and the processing method of corpus.In chapter 2,phonetic variation,according to dialect survey manual,Chinese dialect atlas survey manual,phonetics volume and the previous survey,the author mainly analyzes the variation of initials and finals of Suixi dialect,which are common in the dialect of lost creek.The initials selected variables(?),(n);the selected vowel variables are(?)and(?).In chapter 3,vocabulary variation,the typical nouns,verbs,adjectives and adverbs in the dialect of lost creek are selected in combination with dialect survey manual,atlas of Chinese dialects survey manual vocabulary volume and the previous survey.Chapter 4 discusses the variation of the characteristic comparative sentences,interrogative sentences and passive sentences in Suixi dialect.In chapter 5,the characteristics and causes of variation are summarized,and the variationcharacteristics of speech,vocabulary and grammar of Suixi dialect are summarized,and the causes of variation are analyzed.The last part concludes with a summary and some shortcomings of this paper.
