The peeping psychology of others’ privacy is a common social psychology,which is reflected in many movies.The success of a movie depends on characterization.In movies about "peering",characterization often has its own unique features.The subject of peeping is generally male,and the subject of peeping is generally female.From the purpose of peeping,it can be divided into two aspects: curiosity about beauty and malicious disclosure of privacy.These characteristics are in Hitchcock’s "Rear Window",Giuseppe Donatore’s "The Beautiful Legend of Sicily" and Florian Henkel von Donasmark’s "Eavesdropping Storm" It is evident in other films.The purpose of theoretical research is to apply it to practice.Therefore,the author explores the theory of "penetrating desire" and the characterization of film characters,researches the embodiment of "penetrating desire" in the characterization of film characters,and combines the creation of the micro-film "peep" to explain how to use " "Peeping Desire" shapes characters to show how theory is applied in practice.
