A Report On The Interpretation Of The Interviews:Belt And Road Initiative And America Must Join The New Silk Road

In recent years,the pace of economic globalization has gradually accelerated and people around the world need to discuss the hot topics together.So the interview shows have received more and more people’s attention.Interpreting the interviews can help the spread of culture,promote the sharing of ideas and knowledge,and is also a manifestation of the promotion of globalization.For the author,it is more important to improve the ability of applying interpreting theories and enrich interpreting experienceThrough studying and collating Daniel Gile’s Effort Model and theories of problem triggers,after interpreting the interview program,the author analyzed the various problems encountered in using the model in interpreting practice,and finally put forward his own thinking.The five main difficulties in interpreting practice are high information density,numbers,unknown terms and expressions,accents and short-term memory.The author analyzed each of the factors causing the difficulties of interpreting and how they affect the allocation of energy in interpreting practice.The author also proposed a solution to each difficultyThis report consists of three chapters.The first chapter is task description.It briefly introduces the source and significance of the topic and task objectives.The second chapter is process description,which mainly includes three parts:pre-translation preparation,interpreting process and reflection and quality evaluation.The third chapter is case analysis,which analyzes the problems encountered in consecutive interpreting and then proposes related strategies.Finally,the author summarized the interpreting practice and proposed further research directions.
