Brief Analysis On The Skills Of Pedal In The Performance Of Harp

At present,it has been more than 5,000 years for the development of harp,and now,it has formed into comparatively complete ability in the expression of music emotion.However,the pedal of hard also plays an important role in the performance of it,and only with precise usage of it,the performer can express the music precisely with round tone,and infection.Firstly,the performer should have full understanding on the structure,history,and using skills of pedal,and then he can present the style of the music more precisely,and express the creation emotion of composer and the musical connotation.There are seven pedals for modern harp,three in the left and four in the right.Every pedal has downshift,unstamp,and upshift these three gears.In this thesis,it has research on the historical development,basic stamping manipulation,and using priciple of pedal of harp,and also the demand on pedal by composer in different periods.
