In recent years,the Chinese language education in Cambodia has developed rapidly.In the course of one year’s practice,the author finds some problems in the process of learning Chinese: Cambodian students are generally lively and cheerful,and it is difficult to concentrate in class;students take notes blindly,memorize knowledge points,and slowly feel that Chinese classes are boring.In the long run,students will inevitably lose interest in Chinese classes.Based on the task-based teaching method and taking the fifth grade students of Phnom Penh Liqun School in Cambodia as the teaching object,this paper selects two texts in "Developing Chinese Primary Synthesis "(2nd Edition),edited by Xu Guimei,as an example,to design the teaching of the primary comprehensive course,to find out some problems existing in the application of the task-based teaching method in the teaching of the primary comprehensive course of Chinese as a foreign language,and puts forward some constructive suggestions and suggestions on these problems.By comparing and analyzing the results of the two final examinations of the research subjects and the reference subjects,this paper uses SPSS statistical survey results and interview feedback to examine the application effect of task-based teaching method in the primary Chinese comprehensive course of Phnom Penh Liqun School,Cambodia,so as to prove that task-based teaching method is beneficial to arouse students’ enthusiasm for learning and improve the teaching effect of primary comprehensive courses.Finally,according to the actual situation of classroom teaching,this paper reflects on the task-based teaching of comprehensive classes in the primary stage.First,teachers should make a system of rewards and punishments,make clear rules,and bring classroom discipline into the examination;second,teachers can take different means to supervise and guide students at different stages of the task;third,teachers should naturally link up teaching links.
