Application Study And Design Solution Of New Media Animation In Science Education

As the 13 th FIVE-YEAR PLAN of National Science Popularization and Innovation Culture Construction pointed,to improve the scientific communication capacity,strengthen the construction of system of scientific communication,stimulate the PCST energy of traditional media and greatly develop new media & we-media which based on the new technique and form of mobile internet(internet + Popularization)is the pointed of the time.in the modern environment of new media,new media animation which has enormous potential and research value not only changes the production and dissemination modes,but also innovate the reading mode.With the proposal of strategy of invigorating the country through science,technology and education and strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development,technology and education get into the important position of economic and social development.It is necessary to reform the science knowledge communication from “Privatization” to “Public” from “ individual knowledge” to “public knowledge” in order to enhance national scientific and technological prowess and improve scientific & cultural qualities.The opportunity which new media animation can provide to Science Education under the new media environment is to be discussed.This paper is verifying the following viewpoints: 1.Foundation of cooperation between new media and science education,through the application of new media in science education.2.aesthetic characteristics of new media which based on the aesthetic theory.3.The possibility of cooperation between new media and science education in the realistic cases.At last,combining with my graduation design with working process,theories and practices to introspect the working procedures.And demonstrating it is necessary to promote the science education new media animation through script writing,character and scene design and technical solution.
