Research On The E-government Of Jinan Under The Concept Of Service-oriented Government

To provide efficient and convenient public services for the society and the public is the ultimate goal of the service-oriented government construction in the rapid development of the information age.At present,our country is in a critical period of functional transformation and social transformation.In the social change,how to transit from“control-oriented government ”to “service-oriented government”has become the focus of all parties.Thanks to the emergence and development of the e-government affairs,the government management means have been changed and innovated dramatically,and the e-government affairs has become an effective path of the construction of a service-oriented government.Under the perspective of service-oriented government,this article makes a comprehensive and in-depth analysis in the view of the construction of the e-government affairs in current.Chapter one,this paper narrates the background and significance of the topic selection in the introduction part,studies the research status at home and abroad and makes a summarization based on document analysis method,and points out the contents and methods and innovation points of the paper.Chapter two,introduces the related concepts and theories of the e-government affairs and the service-oriented government,analysis the role of e-government affairs mainly in the process of building a service-oriented government and illustrates the internal relation of both;Chapter three,based on the summarization and analysis about the general situation of the e-government affairs construction of the United States,Britain,South Korea,makes an experience reference to promote the development of e-government affairs under the perspective of service-oriented government;Chapter four,analysis the situation of the e-government affairs construction of Jinan government deeply,points out the results in the process of e-government affairs construction,and put forward the problems existing in the construction of e-government affairs under the perspective of service-oriented government;Chapter five,according to the research of the above and based on the experience of e-government affairs construction abroad,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the development of e-government affairs in Jinan,and hopes it helpful to the development of e-government affairs in Jinan in the future.Electronic government affair and service government are both supplement each other and complement each other.Under the perspective of service-oriented government,the research of e-government affairs construction and development can highlight the value concept of people-based and service center.Construction of e-government to provide efficient services for citizens is the inherent requirement of a service-oriented government too.By using this new means of e-government to guide the construction of a service-oriented government can effectively promote the smooth transition of our country's government management.
