Research On Prison Polices,Occupational Security

In recent years,with the number of prisoners increasing and criminal composition becoming complex,the difficulty of criminal management and reform is increasing.The contradiction between transformation and anti-transformation has become sharper.The law enforcement environment has become more and more complex.The safety management pressure of prison is increased observably.However,the relevant laws and regulations of prison management are not perfected in time.The prison's hardware facilities are not updated in a timely manner.The restrictive function of the old management method to the new criminals has become weakened.Appeared an embarrassing situation that old police can't work.Prison security incidents show a rising trend.The occupational safety of prison police faces a great challenge.In recent years,it is because of the lack of guarantee to prison police professional security,so many employees suffered physical and psychological damage and even some have been lost valuable lives.Therefore,facing this kind of situation,we must fully understand the difficulty encountered by prison police,and find the source to solve it.In this paper,first research on the problems of the current occupation safety of Chinese prison police and summarize the main problems of Chinese prison polices' occupation safety at current.The main problems include that personal safety is more vulnerable and physical and mental health problems are outstanding.Then systematically analyze the causes of the prison police security issues from the laws,management system,prison polices' self-qualities and prison hardware construction,with the public management theory and the help of related knowledge.Finally put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve prison polices' occupation safety.
