An Exploration Of Social Work Intervention In Community Disabled Volunteer Services

With the development of the economy?cultural construction and the urbanization,China lays more emphasis to the construction of the community service.The disabled in the community is one of the vulnerable groups which need to be paid more attentions,the community services in allusion to the disabled are playing an irreplaceable role in maintaining the community stability and enhancing the community harmony.Along with the development of the modernization and urbanization,community is trying to meet the diverse needs of comprehensive function transformation,accompanied by the disabled community service work is also started to meet community health,community service,community culture,community policy,community environment and many other aspects,it's development could strengthen the construction of community service,ensuring and improving people's livelihood,developing undertakings for the disabled,and the community service for the disabled becomes irreplaceable in our country.This article is based on the research of the community service and management practice in Xiangyang,try to analysis the difficulties of current community service and cultivating social organizations,and explore how to use community intervention and guidance,combined with the specific circumstances and characteristics of the community,via professional social work methods,then through community organizations,community residents could realize self management,self service and self supervision,which provides a new idea and experience to community service.This article is divided into four sections:fisrt part is the introduction,second is the project operation process,third is the evaluation of the project process and results,fourth is the enlightenments.The introduction part mainly includes the research background,purpose,significance,research methods and the literature review;the second part mainly introduces the detailed operation process by using the open space technology;the third part mainly discussed the advantages and shortcomings in the operation process by review of project process;finally the author try to reflect the community volunteer service,enrich the practical applications of the localization of social work.
