Research On The Effect Of Government WeChat And The Government Administrative Efficiency

The connotation of "service-oriented government" in the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China expand the content of the administrative efficiency.So “shift the government functions and improve administrative efficiency” has more specific direction.With the development of the Internet,the way people communicating and getting information have changed dramatically.The public and the government both are pursuing more convenient,more efficient,service more perfect,high involvement administrative means.Thus the Government We Chat appears.Government We Chat is a new media platform and new type of the e-government initiatives which collects information publicity,service and interactive communication.At the beginning of its birth,it has received a high degree of concern because of promoting public participation in the management of state affairs.More and more government apartments start their own Government We Chat.Compared with the popularity of Government We Chat,there is few research of the relationship between Government We Chat and administrative efficiency.First,the conceptions of Government We Chat and administrative efficiency are discussed in this paper.The specific ways of improving administrative efficiency includes: normalizing the power of the government,information publicity and optimization services.That has a lot in common with the good effects of Government We Chat which includes it contributes to information publicity,expression of public opinion,guide the public opinion of emergencies,improve the social management and convenient services.The negative effects of Government We Chat includes: the articles are not good enough,the imbalance of seriousness and entertaining,be highly limited by the number of fans,“Digital Divide” effect and the lack of guarantee.Then,based on the Use and Gratifications Approach,this paper try to evaluate the quality of Government We Chat from convenience,tangle,responsiveness,liability,empathy,assurance.Take “T city SAT” as an example because it is typical in the development process.The article analyzes the current situation and the operation bottleneck of “T city SAT”.Overall it is operating well.At last,according we propose some suggestions to put forward the development of Government We Chat.We expect a better Government We Chat to meet more demands of the public.
