Research On The Model Of “Smart” Community Home Care For The Aged In Wuxi

In the face of the challenges of aging population,the rapid growth of the elderly and the disabled,as well as the growing weakening of the family pension function and the gradual emergence of the social pension,the community pension which absorbs advantages of both the family pension and social pension,adapts to the objective requirements of the development of China's aging population aging,and plays an increasingly important role.In recent years,the smart city construction is in full swing,and the concept of "wisdom" becomes more and more popular in every fields of the society.The application of "wisdom" in community care has changed the existing community pension service model,making it more scientific,operational and complete,and thus promoting the provision of community service for the elderly.It is helpful to satisfy the different needs of the elderly and promote the sustainable development of community pension.The development of China's smart pension is slow,and most areas are still in the exploratory stage,except some economically developed and technologically advanced cities such as Beijing,Hangzhou,Shanghai and Wuxi.Wuxi City reaches 1st from 2012 to 2016 in China Smart City Development.The promotion of environment and high technology provides a superior condition for the creation and development of Wuxi "smart" model pension.This paper takes Wuxi community home care model as the research object,and chooses Binhu and Xinwu districts to study the innovation and shortcomings in the construction process of smart community pension,in order to provide some reference for other cities to explore their own pension model.This paper is divided into the following sections:The first part is the introduction.This chapter discusses the significance of the research on the community home care in the present stage,and through the study of the relevant literature home and abroad,using scientific and reasonable methods to conduct this.The second part is about the concept of community home care service and its related theories.This chapter first discusses the definition of community and community home care,and then studies the theoretical basis of community home care service,which is the theoretical basis for the study of the community model.The third par is the main types of the current community home care model.This chapter reviews the typical models of domestic and foreign pension services,and then analyzes the experience of domestic and foreign pension service construction,and finally summarizes the problems of community endowment model and its significance.The fourth part is the "smart" community home care model in Wuxi.This chapter first introduces the population structure of Wuxi and the supply and demand situation of the elderly,the urgency of the pension situation.After the introduction of the wisdom of the community in the course of the development of Wuxi,and finally select the representative of the United States,Wuxi Lake community and the community,analysis of its "smart" community home care model innovation.The fifth part is the problems and the future development of the "smart" community home care model.This chapter focuses on the analysis of the existing problems and the internal causes of the "smart" pension model in Wuxi,and the prospect of the future of smart pension.The sixth part is to improve the "smart" community home care model of specific countermeasures.This chapter focuses on "intelligent" community home care model problem,put forward to accelerate the reform of government system,accelerate the establishment of intelligent pension service mechanism,deepen science and technology in the application of pension services,improve social and family participation,improve services and improve the service quality of the five aspects to perfect.
