Analysis On The Cultivation Path Of The Community Volunteer Organization Under The Linkage Of Social Worker And Volunteer

Community volunteer organization,as the third party of grass-roots social governance,is an important force to promote the harmonious development of society.Combining with community resident's demand,fostering community volunteer organization can effectively deal with the "government failure" and stereotype of the community failure.At present,local governments introduce social worker through government purchase social services,and under the linkage of "social workers and volunteers",these two forces are promoting definitely incubation and cultivation of community volunteer organization.On this basis,they continue to explore and summarize the cultivation path.The thesis adopts the interdisciplinary perspectives,using social marketing concept and the development pattern of community as the theoretical basis,and taking how foster effectively the community volunteer organizations in N street,WC District,Wuhan as the research object.Under the linkage of social workers and volunteers,in order to evaluate accurately the demand situation of volunteer service in N street,this thesis takes interview method,questionnaires method and documentation method as the main research methods.It is described and summarized about voluntary service situation and demand in N street from three dimensions of the volunteer service organizations,volunteers and social support level,and eight aspects such as volunteer organization construction in N street,management operation mechanism,incentive security mechanism,evaluation feedback system,volunteer potential,professional service capabilities,management awareness and understanding degree of resident.Accordingly,on the basis of marketing the concept of voluntary service and uphold the perfect foundation of public participation mechanism,it will foster the community volunteer organizations via visiting the key figures,community marketing,daily service management,mechanism cultivation,leader training,ability promotion,incentive feedback,achievement exhibition,as powerful starting points.Combined with the practice experience of the author in the first line,this study comprehensively analysis the process of counseling type using in community volunteer organization cultivation under the linkage of professional social workers in support social organizations and volunteers;summing up the cultivation path with certain extension and reproduction of community voluntary organizations in N street.In summary and reflection part,it focuses on the role balance of social workers and volunteers in a volunteer organization cultivation process between the bearing position and the edge position;and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions according to the problems in the study,mainly including: from the stage to behind the scenes,government needs function transformation continuously;from solo to the chorus,community,community voluntary organizations and social workers need interact closely;social workers need empowerment,avoiding mission creep.
