Research On The Recognition Mechanism Of Demand Preference In The Smarter Supply Of Urban Public Goods

With the deepening of supply-side reforms and the acceleration of urbanization,China has entered a crucial period of economic and social transformation and major social conflicts have changed.In the urban public goods area,the growing demand of the citizens and the backward supply have become the main contradiction.The smarter supply,as a brand-new mode of supply of public goods,has played an important role in realizing the supply and demand balance of urban public goods.In the process of smarter supply,the demand preference recognition mechanism is not only an important link,but also plays a role in ensuring the supply efficiency of public goods.This article takes the demand preference recognition mechanism as the research object,starting from the background of intelligent supply,through literature review and semi-structured interviews,discusses the features and effectiveness evaluation of urban public goods demand preference recognition mechanism in smarter supply.The author introduced in detail the basic composition of the recognition mechanism of demand preference in the context of smarter supply in Nanning City,and discussed the operation status,problems,and reasons of the demand preference recognition mechanism at the present stage through theoretical analysis and regression analysis.The optimization of the demand preference identification mechanism is used to seek ideas for improving the supply level of urban public goods in China and achieving a new smart city transformation.This article mainly combines the knowledge of public management and public economics,and discusses the recognition mechanism of demand preferences.First of all,through the combing of literature,relevant theories and concepts as the theoretical basis of the study,the concept of the intellectual supply of public goods is defined,and the concept and characteristics of the core of the research in this paper are described.Secondly,starting from the theoretical basis,this paper analyzes the characteristics of urban public goods demand preference recognition mechanism in the context of smarter supply.Next,starting from the actual situation in the process of building a smart city in Nanning,the structure of the demand preference recognition mechanism at the present stage is described.Again,based on the regression analysis of the interview results and questionnaire survey data,the Nanning people's satisfaction rating on the government's recognition of the needs of the four types of public goods in community services,medical and health care,housing protection,and transportation travel was discussed.The problem of demand preference recognition mechanism.Finally,an optimization scheme for the identification of urban public goods demand preferences under the background of smarter supply is proposed,which mainly includes the optimization of the relationship among the roles of the identification mechanism,the optimization of the identification accuracy,the optimization of the identification mechanism operation,and the optimization of the identification mechanism.
