With the rapid development of economic globalization,corruption has emerged as an organized and cross-border trend.Compared with the past,it has strong features such as strong mobility and great harm.Strengthening international exchanges and cooperation in anti-corruption has become a consensus among countries and regions in the world..In the present,anti-corruption has been difficult to accurately distinguish between domestic and international differences.The two are closely linked and complicated.Many corrupt officials,after exposing crimes at home,quickly transferred illegal gains through convenient economic and transportation technologies,and absconded abroad to escape the legal sanctions.To a certain extent,the sudden increase in domestic anti-corruption pressures will lead to an increase in the escaping winds,and the imperfections and immature international anti-corruption cooperation will become the best chance for officials to flee,adding a certain degree of difficulty to cross-border pursuits.Therefore,the international community needs to further strengthen exchanges and deepen cooperation,actively participate in the international cooperation mechanism under the UN Convention against Corruption,and follow the corresponding regulations to jointly combat transnational corruption.The in-depth study of China's anti-corruption international cooperation since the 18 th National Congress will help improve China's anti-corruption cooperation mechanism and will further deepen the fight against corruption and build a clean government.Therefore,a series of practical issues in the study of China's anti-corruption international cooperation have Important theoretical value and practical significance.This article consists of four chapters.On the basis of summarizing the research on international anti-corruption cooperation and on the development logic of international and domestic anti-corruption cooperation,the development history of international and Chinese anti-corruption cooperation has been sorted out.In particular,the main analysis of China's anti-corruption international cooperation since the 18 th National Congress has been conducted.They have conducted in-depth investigations in various aspects including the law,international and domestic institutions,anti-corruption cooperation,and pursued the pursuit of corruption.They have also put forward appropriate countermeasures to improve China's international cooperation in anti-corruption against current major problems.
