Research On Purchasing Service Of Aged-care At Home For Government

In the nineteen report,we put forward "actively cope with the problem of aging population in our country at the present stage,so as to build up the policy system and social environment for the elderly,filial piety,old age,respecting the elderly,and further promote the combination of health care and pension,and speed up the development of the cause of aging and industrialization".At the present stage of our country,the demand and development of the endowment cause have been accelerated.The problem of population aging at the present stage of China is characterized by rapid development,high proportion of rearing,and obvious trend of aging.Now the urgent need to strengthen the theoretical study and practical exploration of the relevant aspects of the pension business in China especially provide the basis for government purchase of home care model and theory,should actively expand the research ideas,realize the diversification of supply,to buy government funds as a driving force to fully encourage funds to mobilize all aspects of society.The government's purchase of home old-age service is in line with the national conditions and has the advantage of popularization.In reference to the successful experience of developed countries at the same time,but also to actively explore suitable for the primary stage of socialism in China,the basic situation of our country Chinese characteristics of the government purchase of home care path,social forces participation and efforts to stimulate,integrate various resources,to build a home country as the main body,to provide policy support the government purchase of home care.China's "13th Five-Year" plan proposed to "build based home care,community support,system of home-based care services by multiple organizations to supplement the".This paper summarizes the relevant theoretical basis as a reference,according to the needs and status of our government's purchase of home care services,through multiple linear regression analysis method,analyzes the demand and related factors of Chinese government's purchase of home care.These factors are based on the different characteristics and living conditions of the elderly,and combine the existing data to select typical representative factors.Based on the analysis of the needs of the government to purchase home care and the current status of the supply,combined with the successful theory and practical experience of the western developed countries,this paper puts forward policy recommendations for further improving our government's purchase of home care services.
