In recent years,China's urbanization construction has achieved remarkable achievements,but the mass incidents in this process have also caused us to see that in the urbanization movement all over the country,although the government holds good intentions,it is declared that the peasants' interests are the starting point.However,in the course of implementation,there is no sufficient respect for the rights of peasants and the group of lost peasants who have been violated and the interests are damaged.The autonomous choice of the group and the right of independent decision-making have not been sufficiently respected,and the subject status granted by the Constitution is often ignored so as to become the object of urbanization and the catch-up building.The object,many of these people's legitimate rights and interests are subjected to varying degrees of infringement.There are many reasons for these problems.They are not only stimulated by the performance assessment under the leadership of power,but also the practical predicament of the operation mechanism of local government power.What is more important is the lack of current procedures in our country.Public participation is extremely poor,thus hindering the protection of the rights and interests of landless farmers.So in the process of urbanization,how to protect the legitimate rights and interests of landless farmers,and not cause the urbanization movement to be completely reduced to exploitation of farmers“land movement”? This requires that the construction of urbanization in China inject elements of legal procedures,public participation throughout the entire,fully implemented In order to better protect the legitimate rights and interests of landless farmers,resolve many problems in the process of urbanization,promote the construction of the rule of law and promote a harmonious society,concrete measures such as information disclosure,opinion expression,consultation and decision making,supervision and relief,and so on,can better protect the legitimate rights and interests of landless peasants.
