The township government is the most basic organization in China.It is the link between the national guidelines and policies to the masses and the most closely related to the masses.Whether the township government can get the trust of the masses will affect people's trust in the higher authorities and even the whole country,so the image of the township government is the epitome of the national image to a certain extent.With the rapid development of China's economy,the deepening of reform and development today,although the majority of people's spiritual and cultural and material life have been greatly improved,but from the current situation of township government,there are still some problems in the organization and management,public service etc..Research and analysis of the factors that affect the trust of the township government,which will promote the township government's own business literacy and organizational management capabilities,and establish the social credibility of the township government.The research object of this paper is Meiling town Wanli District rural masses,through literature analysis,questionnaire and mathematical statistics method,related research and analysis of the government trust and its main object,sending Meiling town 5 village 220 questionnaires,the number of questionnaires is 203,the number of valid questionnaires is 172,through the analysis of the data,further studies on the influence factors of township government trust.In this paper,the literature of township government trust is carding out,and 22 indicators of township government,township government staff and public service quality in three dimensions are constructed.In addition,the people's age,occupation,education level and other demographic characteristics will also have a certain impact on the trust of the township government.In view of these factors,this paper conducted a quantitative analysis of the trust of township government through questionnaires,and finally made some suggestions on how to raise the trust degree of township governments.Through the research and analysis,we can see that the positive response to the difficulties of the masses,the proper solution,the honest and law-abiding law staff of township government,the encouragement of people's participation in politics and public finance and other factors have great influence on the trust of the township government.Although there is a lack of confidence in the masses in these areas,the masses are in a state of trust in the township government as a whole.In order to township government more as to establish a better image of the government,the township government should strengthen the efficiency and ability for the masses,the masses to actively respond to the problems encountered;suppression of corruption,the masses for corruption in the eyes,hate in the heart,effectively solve the contradiction between the township government and the Ministry of dry mass;the township government should open channels of government financial supervision,receiving the masses,the masses for the government to a more understanding,less of a trust.At the same time,to speed up the quality of education,medical,health,pension and other public services,the government to service-oriented government transformation;strengthening the building of democracy,let more people to participate in the activities of the government to let the people's sense of identity is more and more strong,so they will enhance the trust in government,between the government and the the interaction and communication will be increased,the township government trust will gradually increase,which for maintaining social stability and promoting construction of new socialist countryside in China has a positive role in promoting.
