A Study On Information Disclosure Of Local Government

Openness and transparency are the basic characteristics of the rule of law government.Comprehensively promoting the government's information disclosure and ensuring the power to operate in the sun can promote the democratization,standardization and scientification of government decision-making,thus enhancing the credibility of the government.At the same time,the openness and transparency of the government and its activities,not only satisfy the public's right to know,is conducive to the public participation in government management and decision-making,and give full play to their role as the restraint on and supervision over the use of the public,and further has prompted the government to provide quality and efficient administrative services and transform administrative function,enhance the level of governance.This paper firstly study the literature review,this paper expounds the related concepts and theoretical basis of government information publicity,and on this basis,to foreign government information public establishment and perfecting of the legal system are introduced,the development of our country government information publicity and generalizes the deepened,and then based on the actual government information disclosure,in qinghai province through the induction summary,data analysis,interviews and other research methods,this paper analyzes the development and present situation of government information publicity in qinghai province.Study found that qinghai province government information disclosure work is made some achievements,but there are still imperfect management mechanism,the system of enforcement,poor information channels,examine the supervision system is not sound the main problem with this a few aspects,based on the generalization of these problems,analyze the deep reason of these problems,mainly due to an administrative organ and the social public information disclosure consciousness is weak,information disclosure supervision is not strict,the establishment and implementation of rules and regulations is not in place,the lack of effective supervision of information disclosure.Finally,aiming at several problems,combined with foreign and domestic other beneficial experience of local government in information disclosure,this paper puts forward that,must change the idea,continuous cultivation in the information disclosure of the government and the public concept,strengthen the information disclosure institution management and staff team construction,strengthen the system of rigid constraints,strict work inspection,supervision and inspection,to push the government information disclosure work smoothly,enhance the openness and transparency of government work,promote administration according to law,the construction of the people's satisfaction of a service-oriented government.
