At present,our country is in the stage of transition and development,gradually entering the risk society,and various social contradictions frequently erupt.And the new crisis management system is not mature and perfect.In recent years,with more national attention to vocational education,secondary vocational education is developed rapidly.But under the influence of the overall social environment,the internal and external environment of the vocational school has changed a lot.The campus crisis has occurred from time to time,and there is a trend of gradual radicalization.The crisis has destroyed the stability of the campus,bringing physical and mental trauma to the teachers and students.Our country and society pay more attention to the crisis Incident,also put forward higher request to the crisis management of secondary vocational school.The secondary vocational schools should think deeply about the causes of the campus crisis,find out the problems existing in the crisis management,and summarize the characteristics of the campus crisis under the new social environment.Only in this way can the secondary vocational school effectively prevent and deal with the crisis,reduce the risk and loss of the crisis to the lowest degree,build a safe campus and harmonious campus.In this paper,the formation of the secondary vocational school crisis and coping strategies is the main research object.The paper explores the basic connotation of the secondary vocational school campus crisis,the main types and basic theoretical basis.Through the investigation of three secondary vocational schools in Heyuan City,combining with the management practice of secondary vocational schools,this paper analyzes the causes of the crisis in four levels:the social environment,campus management,family education and students' psychology,and puts forward that secondary vocational schools should make full use of various resources of government,society,school and family on the basis of establishing and perfecting the crisis management institution system,Multiple participation in crisis Management Structure.At the same time,in the network era,we can use the new media tools to master information quickly,guide public opinion in the right way and actively dealing with all kinds of campus crisis.Through questionnaires and interviews,we know the measures and results of crisis management in secondary vocational schools in Heyuan City.Each secondary vocational school has drawn up a campus crisis emergency plan.The government and the functional departments formed a certain linkage mechanism with the secondary vocational schools and the secondary vocational schools have put in place the hardware and software of the campus emergencies.The main problems in the Emergency Management of the Secondary Vocational School Campus in Heyuan City include:governments and competent departments at all levels have inadequate supervision and guidance on emergency management in schools;The emergency management and control system of secondary vocational schools is not good enough.The secondary vocational schools should deal with emergency information channels and social organizations and public participation in school emergencies.The main reasons for the problems in the crisis management of secondary vocational school students include:the overall social environment is complex and unfavorable;factors of the secondary vocational school itself;the family lack of crisis prevention education and students abnormal psychological problems.Finally,the paper puts forward the countermeasures of student crisis management in secondary vocational schools in Heyuan City.In order to perfect the crisis management system of emergencies,we should strengthen the organizational structure and team construction of crisis management,and establish and improve the early warning system of campus crisis;strengthen education and publicity on crisis incidents and establish mechanisms for external disclosure of crisis emergencies;Give attention to the emergency guidance and oversight functions of the Government and relevant departments.It is necessary to strengthen the guidance and supervision of school emergency safety prevention and to guide and supervise the whole process of school emergency management.Give full play to the role of non-governmental organizations in the crisis management of secondary vocational schools,establish multi-subject crisis management coordination agencies and bring into play the role of social organizations such as the media on emergencies,and bring teachers and students into playing main role in crisis response.We should strengthen the crisis intervention to enhance the ability of teachers and students to prevent emergency and implement the psychological intervention of students' crisis.
