Research On The Sharing Of Government Information Resources Under "Internet+" Horizon

At present,with the rapid development and widespread application of new-generation Internet technologies,new-generation Internet technologies represented by big data,cloud computing,mobile Internet,and artificial intelligence have formed new industries and new formats through deep integration and innovation with traditional industries.The new model has spawned the development of “Internet+” and gradually evolved into the trend and inevitable trend of the times.In this transformation,information resources have become the core elements of development.Under the influence of “Internet+”,the government departments are also facing major challenges and requirements in self-reform,and achieving collaborative governance based on the sharing of government information resources has become an important direction and content of reform.It has long been difficult for China's government information resources to share under the administrative system of fragmented China,and it has become a huge bottleneck restricting the reform and transformation of the government.Under the “Internet+” environment,S Province is currently focusing on promoting the sharing of government information resources,and related work has achieved some results,but it also faces problems that need to be resolved urgently.Based on the above background,this paper first elaborates on the basic theory and concept of the sharing of government information resources under the “Internet+” horizon,and defines the research framework and scope.On this foundation,the current situation of government information resources sharing in S province is analyzed and researched from the perspective of the background and practice of government information resources sharing in S province,and the relevant situation is accurately grasped.Subsequently,it focused on the analysis and study of the problems and causes of the promotion of the sharing of government information resources in S Province,and seized the essence and root of the problem.Finally,according to the analysis results of the existing problems and causes,we propose targeted countermeasures and suggestions aimed at accelerating the promotion of the sharing of government information resources,promoting the “ internet communication,information communication,and business communication” and improving the administration of government affairs and service efficiency.Generally,the study finds that S Province has made positive progress in promoting the sharing of government information resources.The overall situation is positive,but it is still faced with problems such as lack of institutional impetus,hysteresis effect generated by departmental interest standard,lack of effective coordination between the organization and management departments,existing job incentives mechanism having been difficult to function effectively,lack of overall planning and management of government informatization infrastructure construction,standardization construction of government information resources sharing lagging behind,lack of talent and technology strength.These issues have created a huge obstacle to S Province's further efforts to share government information resources.In this regard,I propose to actively promote the sharing of government information resources through the improvement of policies and regulations,the promotion of innovations in institutional mechanisms,the construction of the "Government Affairs Cloud" platform model,accelerating research and development of business standards,and strengthening the cultivation and introduction of talent technology power.
