Research On Security Management Of Classified Information For The Party And Government Organs In Quanzhou

The classified information security is related to national security and interests.How to deal effectively with the security crisis of national classified information is an important issue that the party and government organs at all levels urgently need to solve.The party and government organs in Quanzhou are used as the research objects in this pater.In the view of collaborative governance theory,we study the current situation,challenges,problems and causes of the classified information security management of paty and government ogans in Quanzhou.Combining with the advanced experience of information management at home and abroad,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the security management of classified information in Quanzhou.Through research,it is learned that the pary and government organs in Quanzhou have some problems in confidential information management.It mainly includes the following aspects: the coordination ability of Quanzhou party and government organs needs to be improved;the management of the confidentiality management department is incompeltent,the secrecy consciousness of classified personnel needs to be enhanced,the coorperation of units of classified qualification is not enough,the units that provide the confidential service lack interaction with other subjects.The main reasons are including the restriction of internal anda external environment,lack of effective management,lack of equipment applicaton and management.In this paper,some countermeasures are proposed from different subjecs of classified information management.
