The Guarantee Construction Of Police Affairs Within Hohhot Public Security Bureau

The construction of police security is an important managerial work which is related to the security of the state and the nation,especially on the text of that series of natural disasters,the outbreak of mass incidents,the intensification of social contradictions and so on,which have brought about higher requirements for the police work of the public security organs.In the case of the transformation of the main social contradictions in our country,how to provide better public service for the people and provide safe environment support for the people to pursue a better life is an important subject worth thinking and studying.As the city of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and even the western cities of the country,the economic development is more rapid,the social environment is more stable,the police guarantee work is carried out earlier in the city,which has a certain value of research and reference.Therefore,this article chooses Hohhot as the research object,through the collection of first-hand data and the actual work.Experience,unfolded the discussion of this article.Police personnel in this article mainly refer to regular police personnel.This paper systematically combs the status of the research on police security at home and abroad,extracts the core views of the research on police security at home and abroad,forms the context of the research status,and commented on the side focus of domestic and foreign research.This paper analyzes the relevant concepts and theoretical foundations,and lays the foundation for better understanding of the essence of police security,and provides theoretical guidance for the research on the construction of police security in Hohhot.About the current situation of police security construction in Hohhot Public Security Bureau,this paper affirms the achievements made by Hohhot Public Security Bureau and points out the existing problems,and induces the reasons for the existing problems from two aspects of external and internal.For the sake of providing a better reference for guarantee of police affairs of Hohhot,we select two representative cities in Tokyo and Chengdu which have obvious effect in the construction of police security,and summarize the main measures in the construction of police security,and from three levels of "small guarantee","big guarantee" and "Generalized guarantee" provide suggestions for Hohhot to learn from.Finally,the main conclusions of this study and the possible orientation of future research are discussed,hoping to provide valuable reference materials for relevant departments and scholars.
