Study On Community Network Management Of Jinjiang City

Community,the core of managing the society,is responsible for arranging activities organized by the economic and social organizations,and dealing with administrative,public as well as non-profit work.In this sense,the development of communities matters a lot to the government in terms of the improvement of public service and management.Moreover,the significant role of community management in deepening socialist market system cannot be denied.With urbanization,modernization and informatization,the management of communities are confronted with a variety of new problems.The traditional managing models and methods have been challenged in many ways,and have not been able to provide satisfactory solutions under increasingly complicated circumstances.Therefore,efforts are made in exploring new community management systems.One that stands out is the community grid management model.It is bound to be a trend to use this model to take charge of communities in the future.On the basis of summarizing the research results of predecessors and on-the-spot investigation,this paper taking Jinjiang City of Fujian Province as a case study to analyze the status of grid management in Jinjiang City,including the main practice and initial results,the existing problems and the causes of grid management in Jinjiang City.In order to provide references for the gridding management of Jinjiang City,this paper lists the successful experience of gridding governance mode in Dongcheng District in Beijing,Changning District in Shanghai and Yichang in Hubei Province.Finally,it puts forward some countermeasures to improve gridding management in Jinjiang City.At the same time,the future grid management mode in the community and other public utilities management applications are prospected in order to provide a valuable reference for the grid management of Jinjiang City and the development of community.Based on the elucidation of the main research work,the main conclusions of this paper are summarized as follows.The main problems in the process of Jinjiang community grid management are: grid staff quality uneven,mode of work has not been completely changed,the linkage between the management system at all levels is not smooth,public participation is not active.The main causes of such problems are: poor management grid team,lack of understanding of the ideological,unclear definition of the job function,the useless working mechanism.Based on the above analysis of the existing problems and the main reasons,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve gridding management of Jinjiang community.To establish a professional grid team,change management philosophy,improve the working mechanism of community gridding,strengthen the public ability to participate in the building,and promote community-based community service construction.At last,it puts forward the expectation that community grid management will develop in the direction of community autonomy and community service.
