In the era of economic globalization and information,a new concept about talent has been gradually formed,which requires that education in the future should be devoted to cultivating people to have the core qualities of the 21 st century.In September 2016,the "key Competencies of Chinese students" which is published by the key competencies research group of Beijing Normal University,provides a conceptual basis for the research of China's key competencies,and it defines the activities as the essential quality and key ability that students should have to adapt to the lifelong development and social development.At present,the objectives of school education not only point to the simple accumulation of knowledge,but also put forward a higher requirement for students' ability,quality,attitude and emotion.As one of the important components of elementary education,the activities of primary school young pioneers are also facing opportunities and challenges.So it is very urgent and necessary to improve the content of the activities in order to achieve the goal of cultivating students' key competencies.In theory,what new changes are needed in the core literacy background of primary school activities,how to optimize and improve it;In practice,how to achieve the cultivation of the core accomplishment of young pioneers.After serious thinking of many countries in the world of core literacy,on the basis of combined with a course of study in primary school the young pioneers activities existing problems as the breakthrough point,to the relevant file system elementary school young pioneers activities under the consistency of the development of core content and student literacy and deviation were analyzed.This paper makes an analysis and research on the activities of the primary young pioneers under the background of key competencies,which is based on the research on the combination of key competencies and curriculum in many countries and also based on the content of key competencies of Chinese students.At the same time,it is to provide some references and inspirations for the practice of activities with the aim at clarifying the suggestions for improving the activities of primary school young pioneers,and with the aim at developing students' core qualities.In the course of the research,some typical cases of primary school are analyzed by using literature research method,interview method,case analysis method,and through interviewing some team counselors and middle team counselors.The specific research is carried out from the following five aspects.In the introduction,the paper analyzes why choosing "Research on Activities of Primary School Young Pioneers under the Background of Key Competencies" as the topic,and also analyzes what's the significance of the activities.Next it logically presents the connotation and results of the activities.Finally it explains the core concepts,research ideas,methods and the research innovation.The first part analyzes the practical problems of the activities.After interviewed several counselors of school pioneers,I find that the preliminary exploration of the key competencies has been begun in the course of the implementation in school,but it still has many deficiencies.There are five main problems: the boundary of activity content is confused,the design is not standardized,the connection is not logical,the layering is not obvious,and the resources development and utilization are insufficient.The second part mainly analyzes the relevant document system of children's activity content in primary school.Compared with the content of the development of key competencies,I find that under the background of key competencies,the activities are consistent with the key competencies in three main aspects.They are the awareness of identity,the development of autonomy and the spirit of innovation.The third part,on the basis of the previous part,analyzes the specific provisions of the activities in the relevant document system.At the same time,analyzes the activities of the primary school pioneers from the angle of key competencies.At last it concludes that there are some deviations from the core elements in three main aspects that are responsibility consciousness,learning to study and cultural foundation.Thus it still needs to further improve and optimize children's needs combined with the demand of times.The last part is the most important part of this study,mainly based on the previous part,especially the second and third part of the primary young pioneers' activities with the core quality deviation and consistency.From the angle of key competencies,in view of the deficiency of theory,the interview of the content of the activities of the young pioneers and the practical problems of education reflected in the case.It is suggested mainly from the aspects of strengthening the humanistic feelings,attaching importance to the cultivation of moral habits,pursuing comprehensive development,optimizing the utilization of resources,cultivating the sense of responsibility and improving the ability to solve problems.In a word,the paper is not only based on the contents and objectives of "the guidelines for the activities of the young pioneers(trial)" which was issued by the national labor commission in 2015,but also uses connotation of the key competencies of the students' development as the target mark,aiming at exploring the optimization and perfection of the activities of young pioneers in the key competencies background.It is expected to promote the development of the key competencies of young pioneers,and improve the key competencies of the students at the stage of basic education,and finally lay a solid foundation for the success of the students.
