The pattern of future war will be joint operations of different branches and arms under the condition of information.Task planning through rational technical means is one of the useful ways to improve the combat effectiveness of the armed forces and upgrade the level of national defense and military modernization.All countries in the world are actively exploring the theory of joint operations,and constantly study the joint operational command process,combat mission planning and other technologies.Based on the Multi-Agent theory,the paper designs and realizes a tactical-level task scheduling prototype system in the joint planning phase,which is based on the modeling and dispatching of the combat task in the combat planning phase.Firstly,the application of Agent and Multi-Agent system theory in joint mission modeling are analyzed,and the feasibility and effectiveness of Multi-Agent theory in joint mission modeling are clarified.Using XML Schema format to construct the description model of Agentl,it can improve the reusability of the model effectively.The OWL semantic representation method is used to describe the operational plan,and the relationships among the system elements are represented more intuitively.Secondly,based on Multi-Agent,the joint mission task model is established,and the combat entity agent is defined in the context of joint operations.The attributes of each agent and the relationship between them are defined.The agent rules and the method of implemention of the defined agent model are studied.The description template of the operational plan was established by OWL language.XML Schema format was used to describe the military target,entity agent and the combat mission.The military domain knowledge template is set up under the joint operation background.Then,a PCGA algorithm based on Multi-Agent method with precedence constraint is proposed,which can be used to dispatch the combat task with priority relation constraint in the context of joint operations.It can solve the coupling problem of task scheduling,and meet the requirements of the combat mission scheduling.Finally,a prototype system of joint mission task scheduling is designed and implemented.The operational flow of the prototype system is described in detail by a joint example of the sea-crossing operation.The method of Multi-Agent based task modeling and the proposed PCGA task scheduling algorithm is verified,the results of combat mission scheduling the performance of the system are analyzed.The results show that the effectiveness of the Multi-Agent-based combat task model and the rationality of the combat task scheduling algorithm can quickly and effectively obtain the task scheduling scheme while satisfying user's requirement.
