Analysis Of Performance Evaluation Of Financial Expenditure On Prison System In Fujian Province

In recent years,all levels of government departments in China have had problems of "re-investment and light effects" in terms of fiscal expenditures.The problem of low fiscal expenditures has always caused China's fiscal expenditures to linger.In 2001,the Ministry of finance put forward the work idea of "actively exploring and establishing the performance evaluation system of fiscal expenditure",which marked the era of budget performance management reform with the core content of fiscal expenditure performance evaluation.The performance evaluation system and process of the financial expenditure of the prison system in Fujian have been gradually formed,but the performance evaluation of the prison system is still inadequate and needs to be improved.The purpose of this paper is to find out the shortcomings of performance evaluation and put forward countermeasures to make up for it.This paper summarizes the achievements and problems of the performance evaluation of the financial expenditure of the prison system in Fujian Province,and further analyzes the causes and background of the problems.On this basis,this paper probes into how to improve the performance evaluation model of the financial expenditure of the prison system in Fujian Province,and puts forward a long-term reform trend.Performance budgeting and recent reform direction,finally,we have improved the expected results.The establishment and improvement of the performance evaluation system of fiscal expenditure is not a matter of one stroke.It is a gradual process of theory and practice.It needs the constant efforts of government departments and experts and scholars at all levels.This paper mainly studies how to improve and improve the fiscal expenditure evaluation system of Fujian prison system,in order to help Fujian fiscal expenditure performance evaluation.
