Research On Public Management Of Modern Wisdom Community Based On IoT Technology

Since the nineteen major conferences,"to build a well-off society in an all-round way and to open a new journey for a comprehensive building of a socialist modernized country" has become one of the hot topics of the people,and the living standard of the masses has been paid more and more attention.The opinion of the Ministry of civil affairs and the Ministry of civil affairs of the Ministry of Civil Affairs on promoting the construction of urban communities throughout the country,promulgated by the central office of the Communist Party of China and the State Council,has made the following definition of the community in our country: the community is a certain number of social groups or units living in a certain area and has a related collection,which is the basic organism of a society and a basic epitome reflection of the macro society.The development of community and community construction is an important part of "building a well-off society in an all-round way and opening a new journey of building a socialist modernized country in an all-round way",which is put forward by the nineteen Central Committee of the Central Committee of the decisive Party of our country.With the rapid development of ‘science and technology' and the great change of economic globalization and information earth village,the housing has not only been limited to basic functions,but also the intelligentialize of housing and community has come into being with the changes of the times and human needs.The intelligent community is based on the Internet,using technology or means such as Big Data technology,Coud technology,Internet of Things technology,Block chain,etc.,to facilitate and efficiently handle all kinds of things in urban and community hardware facilities and living space,and connect the intelligent family system,the present generation of Intelligent Community system and so on.It makes the community management department,the household and the various information systems inside and outside the community more intelligent interaction,so that the management department is more efficient and the living is more convenient.At present,the construction of our community has developed to the stage of the intelligent community.The intelligent community system consists of visual speaking,home security,non contact Carmen ban,perimeter guard,electronic patrol,network parking,four meter reading,household electrical appliances control,wireless security,civilian medical,intelligent property,remote interaction and so on.To create the "six change" integration of the future community--integration,networking,digitalization,wireless,intelligence and modularization.Based on the present situation,this paper summarizes the current situation and predicament of the typical community management in Wenzhou,and summarizes the concept,characteristics and process of modern intelligent community management based on the Internet of things.At the same time,this article is about the meaning of the Internet of things,the modern wisdom community management and the new public management,governance theory,social management theory and so on.Secondly,on the basis of the summary of the theory,this paper makes a survey on the hundreds of intelligent community construction projects in full swing in Wenzhou,and selects the Dongtou new town community in Wenzhou as a typical community,and makes a comparative analysis of the management status of the modern community management measures before and after the Internet of things.In order to promote the future development of the city and meet the needs of the people to the modern public management service,the Internet of things will play a more important role in the modern community management based on the Internet of Things.
