Tax authorities at the grassroots level are at the forefront of the state's tax work.They are directly responsible for tax collection management,inspection,export tax rebate and other work,and directly serve the taxpayers.The quality of work life of civil servants in grassroots tax departments will directly affect the administrative capacity and the development of tax work,then affect the national financial income and social and economic development.The research object of this paper is grass-roots tax civil servants' s quality of work life in Qujing city.I have divided the quality of work life of Qujing city tax civil servants at the grass-roots level to 4 dimensions,they are: individual demand satisfaction,job satisfaction,organizational satisfaction and self-fulfillment satisfaction,and set up corresponding indicators.Through the form of the questionnaire,the basic situation of the civil servants of the grass-roots tax authorities in Qujing city and the satisfaction degree of the four measurement dimensions are understood.According to the investigation and analysis,the main influencing factors of the quality of work life of the grassroots tax officials in Qujing city are the imbalance of salary and welfare satisfaction,the unsatisfactory working environment,the great work pressure,the unharmonious relationship between tax collection and payment,and the difficulty of personal promotion.The reasons: the wage structure is not reasonable;Inadequate equipment,technical support and overcrowded and noisy halls;Uneven distribution of work and unequal rights and responsibilities;On the one hand,the relation of collection and payment is not harmonious is because of social prejudice against civil servants,on the other hand,it is because of the unfirm ideal and belief of grassroots personnel and the lack of service awareness.The difficulty of personal promotion is a common problem in almost all the basic departments of the government and organs,which is mainly caused by the objective restriction of "too many people for too few" and the imperfect promotion system.On this basis,the author puts forward some suggestions to improve the work and life quality of grassroots tax personnel,including: adjusting salary structure,optimizing working environment,reducing work pressure,improving the relationship between tax collection and payment,and widening channels for promotion.
