With the continuous deepening of prison information construction,the security system of all prisons in the country has been basically completed.The operation and maintenance of the security system after the completion of construction is very important.The operation and maintenance platform is used as a visual carrier to monitor the operation status of security equipment.Due to the special user groups and distinctive professional characteristics of the prison,according to the informatization of different prisons and different work scenarios,the information architecture and performance of the operation and maintenance platform are not the same.The software interface design becomes an important part of the operation and maintenance service.Therefore,the interface design of the prison security operation and maintenance platform should implement the "user-centered" concept.Combining the research of interdisciplinary studies such as computer science and cognitive psychology with the author's own internship,this paper conceives a user-centered interface design model for prison operation and maintenance platform,and applies the model to the information architecture of the operation and maintenance platform.In the visual performance,the business process can be optimized to improve the operability of the platform,and provide method support for the interface design of the prison operation and maintenance platform.Before the design of the human-machine interface of the prison operation and maintenance platform,this paper first studies the problems existing in the prison operation and maintenance platform and the theory of mental models,and analyzes the significance of the human-machine interface of the prison operation and maintenance platform.This paper implements the user-centered design concept,taking Qiaosi prison as an example to collect the mental information of the target users through qualitative and quantitative analysis methods and construct the user mental model of the Qiaosi prison police.Based on the theoretical basis of user's mental model design for human-machine interface,the card classification experiment and cluster analysis method are used to construct the information architecture of the man-machine interface of Qiaosi prison operation and maintenance platform,and the concept prototype of Qiaosi prison operation and maintenance platform is designed and adopted.The test verifies its effectiveness and finally designs the interface concept of the Qiaosi Prison Operation and Maintenance Platform based on the human-machine interface design principle.
