With the continuous acceleration of the modernization process,Chinese enterprises have also developed rapidly,and the various pressures of employees have become larger and larger,and the pressure management problems of employees have become increasingly prominent.The problem of this research is the work pressure of female employees of enterprises,targeting female employees of enterprises.At present,female employees in most of China's enterprises are under various pressures because they bear more complex social roles,such as daughters,wives,mothers,and employees.Female employees in most companies are distressed by the problems of caring for their families,raising children,coordinating life and work,seeking welfare benefits,economy,supporting the elderly and families of only children,physically exhausting,sub-healthy state;psychologically psychological anxiety or depression.If these problems are not properly resolved,it will lead to some social vicious incidents.Corporate social work is part of professional social work practice and should play its role in securing interests and rights for employees and helping employees solve problems.This paper,based on the interpretation of the work pressure of female social work involved in female employees and the review of employee pressure patterns in corporate social work,draws on the existing advantages of perspective theory,emotional ABC theory model,based on B enterprises,through questionnaires and unstructured Interviews,discussing the work stress of female employees,combining the current situation of employees,integrating the professional methods and concepts of social work into the practical process,using group work and case work to solve the problem of excessive pressure on female employees of B enterprises,and strive to solve the problem Find the most suitable intervention method for the company,so as to alleviate the work pressure of female employees and promote the development of employees and enterprises.Therefore,in terms of solving the pressure on female employees,social work has the effect of reducing the work pressure of female employee,and it can achieve better results.
