The Research On The Orderly Political Participation Of Contemporary Chinese Lawyers

The rule of law in an all-round way is an essential requirement and an important guarantee of socialism with Chinese characteristics.We must un swervingly follow the path of rule of law with Chinese characteristics and work together to advance the rule of law in governance.And we must build a country such as a government and a society based on the rule of law.In this context of national development,lawyers as an important part of the new social class,they must serve the overall development of the country,then serve the country's legal construction and maintain social fairness through necessary political guidance and political absorption.Based on the relevant theories of political participation in political science,this paper defines the concept of orderly political participation and the concept of lawyers'orderly political participation.On this basis,it analyzes the unique advantages of lawyers' orderly political participation,including role advantages,career advantages and skills.And then sum up the orderly political participation of lawyers will play a unique function of consolidating the party's ruling foundation,promoting healthy economic development,promoting democracy and the rule of law,and maintaining social harmony and stability.In order to give full play to the function of lawyers'orderly political participation,the existing political system needs to provide institutionalized channels for lawyers' orderly political participation.The administrative,judicial,and legislatures provide several channels for Iawyers' orderly political participation.Practice activities are closely related,but the existing political system provides an orderly way for lawyers to participate in political participation.In the absence of smooth channels of political participation.it is easy to trigger disorderly political participation outside the system.through the mainland "rights"lawyers and Hong Kong lawyers.The typical case of disorderly political participation is to understand the importance of expanding the orderly political participation of lawyers.Exploring the way to expand the orderly political participation of lawyers through the united front,we must first understand the essence of the united front work in the lawyers,and then realize that the focus of the united front work is to do the work of the lawyers outside the party,through the united front to the lawyers.Arrangements by representatives outside the party will help to broaden the channels for lawyers' orderly political participation.As a new member of the social class,the lawyers group accounts for about 70%of the intellectuals outside the party.How to unite this group to play a role in the overall situation of the rule of law in our country,to maximize the concentration of people's congregation,to play this group to balance power and maintain fairness.The important role of justice and safeguarding national harmony and stability will be discussed.
