Research On Nanning City Public Security Emergency Management Mechanism

With the development and change of the city,the problem of urban public security has received extensive attention from all walks of life,and the research on emergency management in urban public security has become more and more enthusiastic.Emergency management mechanism is an institutional measure taken by cities to deal with public crises and risks.The construction,development and improvement of emergency management also mean the deepening development of the government's governance capability.Attaching importance to risk and emergency management is an important part of the government's improvement of governance capability.The research object of this paper is the emergency management mechanism of Nanning city public security.Taking Nanning's emergency management mechanism as the research object,this paper adopts the empirical research method,through the collection of data and documents,analyzes the relevant data and materials of the research object,and through the statement of factual evidence,analyzes the problems existing in Nanning's emergency management mechanism,and proposes suggestions or countermeasures to solve them.Based on the actual situation,the causes of these problems are analyzed from the current environmental changes.At the same time,compare other cities from the urban safety emergency management mechanism,pay attention to the management characteristics of other cities,learn from other people's experience,and perfect and correct their own shortcomings.In order to better safeguard Nanning's urban public safety and enhance the risk resistance and emergency response capability of the emergency management mechanism,this paper,based on the actual problems,puts forward suggestions to solve,and proposes to perfect Nanning's local emergency response laws,regulations and systems.Standardize the compilation of emergency plans with local characteristics and strengthen exercises and drills;To improve the coordination of emergency response among all localities and departments;Establishing a multi-element participation mechanism to promote the coordinated governance of social public security management;Perfect the social coordination response mechanism;To establish a scientific and efficient early warning system and other proposed measures to strengthen Nanning city public security and improve the emergency management mechanism.
