Based On The Factors Of Contribution Rate Of The Supply Post-supervision Of Urumqi County Construction Land For Research

According to the arrangement of Urumqi County Land Department has carried on the inventory to the construction land use situation in 2010-2014,the results showed that the operating rate was only 30.57%for construction after 2013,overdue and without payment of land transfer cases accounted for 44.31%of the land idle for more than two years up to 73.73%,not for land area accounted for 68.75%.Thus the phenomenon of illegal use of land is more prominent,I hope the results of this study can provide for relevant government departments in the future construction land supply,overall planning and layout to provide reference and guidance,to reduce or eliminate the blindness of construction land supply,is advantageous to the scientific and reasonable of the construction land development,reduce idle and waste of land resources.This contents of the research based on the domestic and foreign research review,the basic concepts and related theories,analyzes the current land management policies and defects as well as the local government land management right questions,aiming at the supply post-supervision of Urumqi County construction status for the theoretical research.On the basis of theoretical research and investigation on the current situation,using 2005-2014 economic index data in Urumqi County,with EViews statistical software to calculate the amount of construction land contribution to the economic development of Urumqi county was 29.26%,the economic contribution rate of large capital and labor are respectively 56.74%,41.08%;In terms of the substitution of each elements;the elements of the capital and construction land cannot be effectively replaced,while labor may be an alternative,but the alternative is smaller;Logistic curve fitting and curve equation of parameter estimation by means of SPSS software,verification and analysis of construction land and economic growth,and explore the Urumqi County construction land for the inflection point of economic growth,the results show that the inflection point will affect the appearance of the trend of economic growth gradually smooth,but has not yet reached the economic growth in Urumqi County to this inflection point.Then,the game model is established,analyzes the optimal policy choice between the game players,and summarizes the game revelation.Combined with the result of theoretical research and data model,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of county construction land supply and post-supervision,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to the analysis results and the existing regulatory problems.
