Research On The Path And Promoting Coutermeasures Of Civil Society Organizations Participating In Rural Governance In The Gucheng District Of Lijiang

With the rapid development of rural economy in China,a large number of civil society organizations in rural society emerge and flourish,becoming an important subject of rural governance.On the one hand,in the long term,rural governance has been faced with a number of institutional and capacity difficulties,as well as complex conflicts and contradictions,such as land rights and interests,vulnerable groups,labor and capital tensions,and even sudden group events that frequently affect social and political stability.Inside the village,on the other hand,the phenomenon of class differentiation,the notion of diversity between the farmers and understanding and interest demands,rural civil society organizations not only based on the traditional organization of kin,kinship,land,there are also a rural economic cooperation organizations rely on economic ties,and to provide community social organizations of public service.This kind of rural civil society organization,which is established with the support of the government and interacts with the government in the public domain,will be the key to solve the current rural governance dilemma.Based on rural governance at home and abroad and the development of rural social organizations and research results in the form of a literature review on the basis of combing,the ancient city of rural civil society organizations as the research object,through the method of literature study,case study and comparative study,trying to the combination of quantitative research and qualitative research ways to participate in the background of the rural governance organization,function,way and carried on the thorough analysis and study on the factors effecting and specifically discusses how to promote better rural civil society organizations to participate in the rural governance,in order to achieve rural good governance.The content of this paper is as follows: in the introduction,it mainly summarizes the research background,significance and research situation;Chapter one summarizes the theoretical basis of rural civil society organization and rural governance,and analyzes the factors influencing rural civil society organization's participation in rural governance.Chapter two analyzes the results of questionnaire survey.Chapter three analyzes the present situation,existing problems and causes of the rural civil society organization's participation in rural governance in ancient urban areas.Chapter four draws lessons from domestic and foreign experience.Chapter five is the foothold of this article,aiming to explore how to promote the participation of rural civil society organizations in rural governance and build a governance structure of multiple co-governance.
